These terms cover your use of the Wooed mobile app and the wooed.app website (together, "Wooed"). By creating an account or using Wooed, you agree to them.
You need an account to use most of Wooed's features. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 17 years old to use Wooed.
Wooed+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's account settings, or from Settings inside the app. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice.
Wooed+ gift purchases are one-time payments processed through the App Store or Google Play. Gift codes are single-use and non-refundable once redeemed, except where required by law or by the App Store's/Google Play's own refund policies.
Photos and notes you add to your journal are yours. By adding them, you give Wooed permission to store and display them back to you and your linked partner, that's it, we don't use your journal content for anything else. You're responsible for what you upload; don't upload anything you don't have the rights to share.
Use Wooed for its intended purpose. Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, and don't use it to harass or harm anyone, including your partner.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Wooed is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or exactly right for every couple. Date ideas are suggestions, use your own judgment about safety, cost, and what's right for you.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date above.
