The Idea
It started with a box of cards from my mom, and one too many "what do you want to do tonight"s.
A few years ago, my mom gave my wife and me a box of scratch-off date-night cards, one idea hiding under every panel. I'm pretty sure she'd just had enough of hearing us go back and forth every Friday night: what do you want to do tonight? Whatever her reasons, it's still one of the best gifts either of us has gotten.
It became our ritual: scratch, reveal, decide, no debating required. But a box only holds so many cards. You run out. You can't restock it at midnight. And there was no way to look back at the ones that turned into great nights.
Wooed is that same box, digitized: an idea a scratch away, an endless deck instead of a finite one, and a place to keep every date worth remembering.
